About PakhiExperience

PakhiExperience offers private stays, team retreats, and family gatherings at two Maryland properties, booked directly through this website. Guests choose their dates on a live availability calendar, send a booking request, and hear back from our team by email with pricing and next steps. There is no third-party booking platform in between.

The first property is a condo on the 13th floor of The Promenade in Bethesda, with a private balcony, a fireplace, and building amenities that include a pool, fitness center, and sauna. The second is a four-bedroom brick Cape Cod on 2.6 wooded acres outside Frederick, with an indoor saltwater pool and a guest apartment above the garage.

The Bethesda condo works well for business trips and city stays close to Washington, DC. The Frederick estate is built for groups, retreats, and longer getaways.
